At BostonMQ, every item is handmade to order specifically for you. Because each product is created individually based on your selected size, color, and design, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Please double-check your size and design before placing your order.

✔️ Exceptions (If We Mess Up)
We will replace an item if:

• You receive the wrong item, or
  
• The product arrives damaged, or
  
• There is a manufacturing defect on our end.
